Latest District 1 SR COVID-19 guidance: Guidance #7

District Form 7101 Covid High-Risk Assessment (ALL MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE): Online form 7101   PDF form 7101 (must be sent to FC)

District Mission Request Form: Link to page with request (must be sent at least 3 day prior to activity)

All members must complete the District 7107 form to be eligible to participate in in-person activities.

If you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and it's been at least 14 days since your last-required vaccination, you need to update the District via the 7107 form.  Only members who meet this requirement may attend meetings, teach in-person PE courses or perform VEs in groups larger than two.

Vessel Safety exams, RBS Program Visits, Patrols, Public Educations classes and Public Affairs missions can now be scheduled by request. Requests must be made 3 days in advance via the District Mission Request Form.

The Coast Guard Exchange at Fort Wadworth is OPEN to Auxiliary personnel. For additional information please visit  https://shopcgx.com/  The Coast Guard Exchange requires that ALL shoppers wear face coverings inside the stores at all times. All members shall proceed to the exchange via Drum Road, without entering Sector New York.
